- Willing to undergo product and sales training
- Open to fieldwork and client coordination as needed
Job Description
The End-User Agent is responsible for promoting and introducing the Company’s products—Dong Cheng, SK, Hoteche, and Hoyoma—directly to end users such as contractors, project owners, and companies. This role is commission-based and open to individuals without sales experience, provided they are willing to learn and actively engage in sales and client coordination.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Promote and introduce Dong Cheng, SK, Hoteche, and Hoyoma products to end users
- Generate leads and sales opportunities through personal networks, field visits, and referrals
- Coordinate with Management and Sales Team regarding pricing, inventory availability, and order processing
- Assist in presenting product features, benefits, and basic technical information to clients
- Support sales activities from inquiry up to order endorsement
- Maintain good relationships with end users to encourage repeat business
- Attend product orientation and sales training as required
- Provide regular updates on leads, inquiries, and closed sales
- Represent the Company professionally and ethically at all times
- Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned by Management
