Qualifications:

Job Description
The End-User Director serves as a strategic business partner of the Company, responsible for developing and managing direct relationships with end users for the Company’s product lines, including Dong Cheng, SK, Hoteche, and Hoyoma. The role focuses on generating sales, securing projects, and expanding market presence through established end-user connections under a commission-based arrangement.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as a business partner and representative of the Company to direct end users for Dong Cheng, SK, Hoteche, and Hoyoma products
- Utilize existing end-user networks and industry connections to generate qualified leads and sales opportunities
- Promote, present, and position Company products to end users, project owners, contractors, and key decision-makers
- Initiate, negotiate, and assist in closing sales deals, supply contracts, and project-based transactions
- Coordinate with Management and Sales Team on pricing, proposals, product availability, and technical requirements
- Identify new projects and market opportunities aligned with the Company’s product portfolio
- Ensure smooth coordination and handover of confirmed orders or projects to internal teams
- Maintain strong relationships with end users to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Provide regular updates on sales pipeline, closed deals, and market feedback
