Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related course
- With experience in product management, sales support, inventory control, or merchandising
- Knowledgeable in inventory planning, stock monitoring, and product forecasting
- With background in planning and executing sales promotions, product launches, and pricing strategies
- Strong coordination skills with Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Marketing teams
- Analytical and detail-oriented in tracking product performance and promo effectiveness
- Proficient in MS Excel and inventory or sales management systems
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Willing to assist the Sales Manager in day-to-day product-related operations
Job Description
The Product Manager is responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in managing product inventory, planning and executing promotions, and monitoring product performance. The role ensures proper stock availability, effective promotional activities, and coordination among Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Marketing teams to achieve sales targets.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager in planning and managing product inventory levels
- Monitor stock movement, fast-moving and slow-moving items, and recommend replenishment or promo actions
- Coordinate with Warehouse and Purchasing to ensure accurate inventory records and timely stock availability
- Plan, implement, and monitor sales promotions, discounts, and product campaigns
- Track and analyze product sales performance and promo effectiveness
- Prepare inventory and product performance reports for Management
- Support pricing strategies and product positioning in coordination with Sales and Management
- Ensure proper product information, availability, and alignment with sales strategies
- Coordinate with Marketing for promo materials and product launches
- Perform other product-related tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager or Management
