Job Description
The Sales Agent – Heavy Equipment & Farm Equipment is responsible for promoting and selling the Company’s products—including tractors, loaders, generators, pumps, and other heavy/farm equipment—directly to end users such as contractors, farmers, cooperatives, and project owners. This role is commission-based and focuses on generating leads, closing deals, and supporting business growth.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Promote and sell heavy equipment and farm machinery to end users
- Identify potential clients and generate sales leads through personal networks, field visits, and referrals
- Present product features, benefits, and basic technical specifications to clients
- Assist clients with product selection, applications, and purchase decisions
- Coordinate with Management and Sales Team regarding pricing, inventory, and order processing
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Provide regular updates on leads, inquiries, and closed sales
- Attend product orientation and sales training as required
- Represent the Company professionally and ethically at all times
- Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned by Management
