Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Engineering, or related course (preferred but not required)
- With experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in heavy equipment, farm machinery, or industrial equipment
- With strong connections to end users such as contractors, farmers, cooperatives, distributors, or project owners
- Results-driven and capable of working under a commission-based or profit-sharing model
- Knowledge of heavy equipment and farm machinery products (tractors, loaders, generators, pumps, etc.) is an advantage
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and client relationship-building skills
- Able to work independently and achieve sales targets

Job Description
The Sales Manager – Heavy Equipment & Farm Equipment is responsible for generating sales, managing key client relationships, and expanding the Company’s market presence for heavy equipment, farm machinery, and related products. This role focuses on identifying business opportunities, closing deals with end users, and supporting the Company’s growth objectives under a commission-based or profit-sharing arrangement.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with end users, contractors, distributors, farmers, and project owners
- Promote and sell heavy equipment and farm machinery, including tractors, loaders, generators, pumps, and other relevant products
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales and projects
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Inventory, and Management) to ensure product availability and order fulfillment
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to recommend sales strategies and promotions
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market feedback
- Support and advise clients on product selection, applications, and technical requirements
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives
- Represent the Company professionally and ethically in all client interactions
- Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by Management
