Our Terms of Use are here to ensure that everyone in the Happee Antz community, from job seekers to employers, enjoys a smooth, fair, and hassle-free experience.

Think of this as your guide to making the most out of Happee Antz, how to use the platform, what’s expected, and how we keep things running efficiently and securely.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Happee Antz, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:
  • You confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental or legal guardian consent to use the platform if you are a minor.
  • You agree to comply fully with these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, as well as any applicable laws and regulations governing your use of the platform.
  • You commit to using Happee Antz solely for lawful and legitimate purposes, ensuring that your activities on the platform do not violate any legal, ethical, or professional standards.
Failure to comply with these terms may result in account suspension or termination at our sole discretion.

2. Account Registration & Responsibilities

2.1 Creating an Account

To access certain features of Happee Antz, users are required to create either an Employer or Job Seeker account. When registering, you agree to:
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Regularly update your account information to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
  • Be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password, and any other security information).
  • Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
  • Failure to provide accurate information or maintain account security may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

2.2 Prohibited Activities

By using Happee Antz, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following activities:
  • Submitting false, inaccurate, or misleading information in your profile, job applications, or job postings. Posting fraudulent, deceptive, or scam job listings.
  • Impersonating any person, company, or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any organization.
  • Using the platform for spam, phishing, unsolicited promotions, or any other unlawful activities.
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the functionality, security, or performance of the platform.
  • Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
Happee Antz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account without prior notice if there is reasonable belief that a user is engaging in any prohibited activities or violating these Terms of Use. If you encounter any suspicious activity or listings, please report them immediately to businessrelations@happeeantz.info.

3. Job Posting & Application Rules

3.1 Guidelines for Employers

General Provision
By submitting a job posting on the Happee Antz Job Portal, the Employer acknowledges and agrees to comply with these Job Posting Guidelines, which form an integral part of the Terms and Conditions governing the use of the platform.
  1. Review and Approval Process
    All job postings submitted through the Happee Antz Job Portal are subject to review, verification, and approval by the Happee Antz administrative team. Happee Antz reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve, modify, or reject any job posting that does not comply with applicable laws, these Terms and Conditions, or the platform’s content and ethical standards.
  2. Job postings are typically reviewed within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of submission. Employers will be notified through their registered account once the review process is complete. However, Happee Antz does not guarantee the exact time frame for posting approval and shall not be held liable for any delay.
  3. Accuracy and Legitimacy of Job Postings
    Employers are required to ensure that all job postings contain truthful, accurate, and verifiable information regarding the position, compensation, work arrangement, and company details. The posting must not contain misleading, fraudulent, discriminatory, or unlawful content.

    Employers shall bear full responsibility for any false, incomplete, or misleading information posted on the platform.
  4. Prohibited Job Postings
    The following types of postings are strictly prohibited and will not be approved or may be removed without prior notice:
    • Job listings that involve illegal, deceptive, or unethical practices.
    • Opportunities requiring monetary payments, investments, or purchase of materials by job seekers.
    • Multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, or similar business models.
    • Job postings that promote discrimination, harassment, or any form of workplace exploitation.
    • Duplicate postings or postings with spam-like content.
  5. Modification and Removal of Job Postings
    Happee Antz reserves the right to edit, modify, or remove any job posting that violates these guidelines or is deemed inappropriate, misleading, or inconsistent with the platform’s standards and objectives. Modifications may include, but are not limited to, corrections of grammatical errors, formatting adjustments, and clarification of job details for better presentation and compliance.
  6. Employer Responsibility
    Employers acknowledge that Happee Antz acts solely as an intermediary between employers and job seekers and does not participate in the employment process beyond providing the platform for connection. Employers are solely responsible for ensuring that their recruitment practices comply with applicable labor and employment laws.
  7. Right to Suspend or Terminate Posting Privileges
    Happee Antz reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Employer’s posting privileges without prior notice in the event of repeated violations, submission of fraudulent job listings, or any misuse of the platform.

3.2 Job Seeker Guidelines for Application Submission

General Provision

By creating an account and submitting a job application through the Happee Antz Job Portal, the Job Seeker acknowledges and agrees to comply with these guidelines, which form an integral part of the Terms and Conditions governing the use of the platform.
  1. Account Verification
    • All job seeker accounts are subject to verification and approval by Happee Antz prior to full access to the platform’s services. Verification aims to ensure the authenticity of users and the integrity of the job marketplace.
    • Job Seekers are required to submit a valid and unexpired government-issued identification card bearing both a photo and a signature. This verification process is part of Happee Antz’s background check procedures to confirm user legitimacy and prevent fraudulent activities.
    • The verification review is typically completed within twenty-four (24) hours from the submission of complete and accurate requirements. Happee Antz reserves the right to deny or revoke verification in cases where the provided information or documents are deemed incomplete, invalid, or inconsistent.
  2. Application Submission
    • Verified Job Seekers may submit job applications through the Happee Antz Job Portal. Job Seekers must ensure that all information provided in their profiles, resumes, and applications are accurate, truthful, and up to date. Submitting falsified, misleading, or deceptive information may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
    • Happee Antz does not provide or guarantee employment and does not influence or interfere with the hiring decisions of any employer. The selection and hiring process remain solely at the discretion of the respective employer.
  3. Platform Role and Limitation of Liability
    Happee Antz serves solely as an intermediary between employers and job seekers by providing a digital platform for connection and communication. The platform does not act as an employer, recruitment agency, or representative of any listed company. Happee Antz shall not be held responsible for the outcome of any job application, employment offer, or contractual engagement between the Job Seeker and the Employer.
  4. Fees and Subscriptions
    Happee Antz does not collect any fees beyond the applicable subscription fee required prior to the submission of job applications. Job Seekers are informed that no additional payments or charges shall be requested by Happee Antz or its authorized representatives beyond the stated subscription.

    Additionally, Happee Antz provides training services and resources free of charge, and under no circumstance shall a Job Seeker be asked to remit payment for any training or educational program offered by the platform.
  5. Prohibited Conduct
    Job Seekers are strictly prohibited from:
    1. Submitting multiple or spam applications for the same position.
    2. Impersonating another individual or misrepresenting their identity or credentials.
    3. Engaging in fraudulent or unethical behavior in connection with any job application.
  6. Right to Suspend or Terminate Access
    Happee Antz reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Job Seeker’s account without prior notice in cases of non-compliance with these guidelines, submission of falsified information, or any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform.
  7. Acknowledgement Clause
    By creating an account, completing verification, and submitting a job application through the Happee Antz Job Portal, the Job Seeker acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Job Seeker Guidelines and the overall Terms and Conditions of the platform. The Job Seeker further acknowledges that Happee Antz acts solely as an intermediary and holds no obligation or liability regarding employment outcomes or employer decisions.

    Job seekers using Happee Antz to explore career opportunities are expected to:
    1. Provide Honest & Accurate Information – Resumes, applications, and profiles must reflect truthful details regarding work experience, education, skills, and certifications. Any form of misrepresentation or falsification may result in the suspension of your account.
    2. Maintain Professionalism in Applications – Job seekers should submit applications professionally and respectfully. Proper etiquette should be maintained when communicating with employers, attending interviews, and negotiating job offers.
    3. Stay Alert & Report Fraudulent Job Offers – While Happee Antz actively monitors job postings, job seekers should exercise caution and report any suspicious job offers, fraudulent recruitment schemes, or unethical employer behavior. If a job post requests payment, personal financial details, or other sensitive information unrelated to the hiring process, it should be reported immediately.

Happee Antz reserves the right to review and investigate reports of fraudulent activities and take necessary action to maintain a safe and reliable job marketplace. For inquiries or to report concerns, please contact us at businessrelations@happeeantz.info.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENTS

4.1 Pricing Structure

  • Employer Pricing (in USD) – Pricing for employers are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) and is subject to the current exchange rate in your country at the time of payment.
  • Job Seeker Pricing (in PHP) – Pricing for job seekers are displayed in Philippine Peso (PHP). If accessing the platform from outside the Philippines, prices are subject to the prevailing conversion rate in your respective country.
All pricing is subject to change without prior notice based on market adjustments, promotions, or system updates.

4.2 Salary & Rate Listings

Salary Rates, Wages, and Project Fees

All salary rates, hourly wages, and project fees displayed on the Happee Antz Job Portal are determined solely by the respective parties—namely, the employer, job seeker, freelancer, or worker—based on their individual expectations, qualifications, and budget preferences. Each user has the discretion to establish compensation terms that reflect their professional value, skills, and market positioning.

Happee Antz does not set, dictate, or influence the compensation amounts listed in any job posting or applicant profile. The platform acts only as a neutral intermediary that facilitates communication and matching between employers and talents. Any negotiations regarding pay rates, bonuses, commissions, or project fees are conducted directly between the employer and the job seeker.

While Happee Antz does not interfere with compensation agreements, we strongly encourage transparency and fairness in all negotiations. Employers are advised to offer compensation that aligns with current labor market standards and local regulations, while job seekers are encouraged to set realistic and competitive expectations based on their experience, skills, and the nature of the work involved.

Happee Antz assumes no responsibility or liability for disputes arising from compensation arrangements, salary negotiations, or payment discrepancies between users. All parties are expected to exercise due diligence, professional integrity, and good faith in determining and agreeing upon mutually acceptable terms.

4.3 Subscription Requirements and Payments Policy

Employer Account and Hiring Privileges
  1. Free Account Access:
    Employers may create an account and post job openings on the Platform at no cost. Free access includes the ability to explore applicants, review job applications, and schedule interviews without any initial fees.

  2. Free Hires:
    Employers are entitled to a limited number of free hires based on the type of position:
    1. Up to three (3) free hires are available for general workforce positions, including Blue Collar, Pink Collar, White Collar, BPO Rank & File, and Healthcare (non-executive or non-title roles); or
    2. One (1) free hire is available for specialized or executive-level positions, including Managerial Roles, Remote/Onsite Roles (General VA, Executive VA, SMM, White Collar, Med VA, Web Dev, IT Support, AI, Title, and Director-Level Roles), and Healthcare Title Roles (Director of Nursing, Chief Nursing Officer, Medical Director, Chief Medical Officer, Pharmacy Manager, COO – Healthcare, CEO – Hospital/Healthcare Group).
    Please note that once a free hire is used for any specialized or executive-level position, additional free hires for other categories will no longer apply.

  3. Billable Hires:
    Billing applies after the allotted free hires have been fully utilized. From the next hire onward (starting with the 4th hire or after the first specialized/executive hire), the Employer will be charged according to the current pricing plan applicable to the position type. Rates are based on either:
    1. The standard Job Posting pricing plan,
    2. The Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) rate, or
    3. A negotiated pricing plan mutually agreed upon between the Employer and Happee Antz.
Happee Antz reserves the right to update its pricing plans at any time.
Employers are encouraged to review the current pricing and terms regularly, as rates may be updated periodically to reflect market conditions, service enhancements, or operational adjustments.

Job Seeker Account and Subscription Plans
Job Seekers may create a Happee Antz account free of charge and gain immediate access to browse all active job listings available on the platform. This free access allows users to explore employment opportunities and familiarize themselves with various employers, job categories, and industry options without any cost or commitment.

However, in order to submit job applications directly to employers, Job Seekers are required to upgrade to a Premium Plan. Premium membership unlocks unlimited job application submissions and grants access to exclusive tools and learning resources designed to enhance employability and career readiness.

Job Seekers may select from the following subscription plans, each offering the same level of unlimited application access but bundled with specific FREE training services to support skill development. The plans are priced as follows: 899, 1499, 1999.

These training services are provided at no additional cost as part of Happee Antz’s commitment to helping Filipino talents gain competitive skills and stand out in the job market.

Job Seekers are encouraged to select a plan that best aligns with their career goals and desired learning opportunities to maximize the value of their membership experience.

Job Seekers are encouraged to review the current pricing and terms regularly, as rates may be updated periodically to reflect market conditions, service enhancements, or operational adjustments.

4.4 Payment Methods

We currently accept payments through the following methods:
  • Debit & Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Electronic Mobile Wallets: GCash, PayMaya
Note: We do not accept cash, bank deposits, or cryptocurrency at this time.

4.5 Subscription Approval & Violations

Right to Refuse or Cancel Subscription
Happee Antz reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, or cancel any subscription or account if it determines that a user has violated, attempted to violate, or is reasonably suspected of violating the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or any other platform policy.

Such violations may include, but are not limited to:
  • Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity;
  • Submitting false, incomplete, or misrepresented information during registration, verification, or application;
  • Misusing the platform or exploiting its features in ways inconsistent with its intended purpose;
  • Engaging in abusive behavior, harassment, or any action that compromises the safety or integrity of other users or the Happee Antz community; or
  • Attempting to manipulate the system, including artificial account creation, fake postings, or unauthorized use of another user’s credentials.
In the event that a subscription is canceled or terminated due to such violations, the user shall forfeit any remaining subscription balance and shall not be eligible for a refund, either in full or in part. Happee Antz maintains this policy to protect the integrity of the platform, uphold fairness among users, and prevent misuse of services.

Furthermore, Happee Antz reserves the right to limit access, restrict certain features, or permanently ban accounts involved in serious or repeated violations. Users found in breach of these terms may also be subject to further investigation or legal action, depending on the severity and nature of the offense.

By subscribing to any Happee Antz plan or service, users acknowledge and agree to these terms and understand that maintaining good standing on the platform is a condition for continued access and use of its services.

4.6 Payment Accuracy & Validation

Payment Information and Validation
By proceeding with any payment transaction on the Happee Antz platform, you confirm and warrant that all payment details provided — including, but not limited to, credit card, debit card, GCash account information, billing address, and contact details — are accurate, complete, and up-to-date at the time of submission. You further affirm that you are the lawful owner or authorized user of the payment method being used and that such payment instrument has sufficient funds or credit available to cover the full transaction amount.

Happee Antz reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to validate and verify the authenticity of the payment information provided prior to the activation or renewal of any subscription or service. This verification process may include confirming card details with the issuing bank, validating account ownership, or conducting other necessary checks to ensure secure and legitimate transactions.

In cases where payment validation fails, is incomplete, or is found to involve unauthorized or suspicious activity, Happee Antz reserves the right to suspend, delay, or decline access to the subscribed services until the issue has been fully resolved. The user will be promptly notified of the validation issue and may be required to provide updated or alternative payment information to restore service access.

Failure to correct or validate payment details within the given timeframe may result in automatic cancellation or deactivation of the subscription. Happee Antz shall not be held liable for any loss of access, opportunity, or data arising from delayed, failed, or unauthorized payments.

All users are encouraged to regularly review and update their billing information to ensure uninterrupted service and a smooth subscription experience.

4.7 SUBSCRIPTIONS Auto-Renewals & Cancellations

All Happee Antz subscription plans are non-recurring and do not renew automatically upon expiration. Users are required to manually renew their subscription should they wish to continue accessing premium features and services beyond the active subscription period. This policy ensures that users maintain full control over their account and renewal decisions.

Subscribers may cancel their account or subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by accessing the Account Settings section on the platform. However, please note that all payments made are final and non-refundable. Happee Antz does not issue refunds or credits for any unused portion of a subscription, early cancellations, or periods of inactivity. This includes cases where a user fails to utilize the platform’s services for any reason after payment has been confirmed.

Upon cancellation, users will automatically lose access to premium features and functionalities associated with their active subscription. This includes any exclusive tools, training modules, or enhanced application privileges available only to premium members. Once the subscription expires or is canceled, the account will revert to a basic (free) access level, and the user will no longer be able to maximize the benefits of the premium plan.

To prevent any interruption in service or access to premium benefits, users are strongly encouraged to regularly monitor their subscription status through their account dashboard and renew their plan before the expiration date. Timely renewal ensures continuous access to all premium features and uninterrupted participation in job applications, training programs, and other exclusive services offered by Happee Antz.

4.8 Refund Policy

Refund and Billing Policy
All subscription purchases are considered final upon confirmation of payment. Happee Antz operates on a strict no-refund policy, meaning that payments made for subscription plans are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of usage, early cancellation, or remaining subscription time. Users are encouraged to carefully review their selected plan and payment details prior to completing any transaction.

In the rare event of accidental duplicate charges, system errors, or billing discrepancies, users are advised to immediately contact the Happee Antz Support Team for prompt review and resolution. Our team will verify the transaction details and, when applicable, process adjustments or reversals in accordance with our internal billing policies.

For any payment-related inquiries or concerns, please reach out to our Billing Department via email at businessrelations@happeeantz.info and use the subject line “BILLING CONCERN” to ensure proper handling and faster assistance.

Happee Antz remains committed to maintaining transparency, fairness, and accountability in all financial transactions conducted through the platform.

5. Account Registration, Verification Policy, & Password

5.1 Job Seeker Accounts

Each job seeker is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the Happee Antz platform. The creation or use of multiple or duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited. In the event that duplicate accounts are detected, Happee Antz reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate such accounts without prior notice, in order to preserve the integrity and fairness of the platform. All registered accounts are subject to identity verification to ensure the authenticity of the user and to prevent fraudulent activities. Verification will be completed within twenty-four (24) hours, provided that the job seeker has submitted all required documentation, including a valid proof of payment (if applicable) and a government-issued, unexpired identification card bearing a clear photograph and signature. Failure to provide complete or authentic documents may result in delays or denial of account verification.

Any violation of Happee Antz’s Terms of Use, Code of Conduct, or Verification Policy may lead to account suspension, permanent termination, and/or restriction from future access to the platform.

If a job seeker believes their account has been wrongfully suspended or terminated, they may submit a formal appeal request to the Happee Antz Support Team by emailing businessrelations@happeeantz.info with the subject line “Account Appeal.” The appeal will undergo a thorough internal review; however, Happee Antz reserves the right to make all final and binding decisions regarding account reinstatement, suspension, or termination.

Happee Antz upholds a strict verification and compliance process to maintain a safe, credible, and trustworthy job-matching environment for all users.

5.2 Employer Account Registration and Verification Policy

Employers are strictly prohibited from creating multiple or duplicate accounts on the Happee Antz platform. Each registered employer is permitted to maintain only one (1) verified account, unless otherwise authorized in writing by Happee Antz for legitimate business purposes. In cases where multiple accounts are deemed necessary (e.g., for separate business divisions or brands), the employer must submit complete and verifiable documentation for each account to undergo primary verification and approval prior to activation.

All employer accounts are subject to a verification review process within twenty-four (24) hours upon full submission of the required documents. These may include, but are not limited to, a valid government-issued business registration, proof of identity of the authorized representative, and other supporting documents that confirm the legitimacy of the business entity. Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may result in processing delays, temporary suspension, or denial of account approval.

Happee Antz maintains a zero-tolerance policy against fraudulent, misleading, or non-compliant activities on the platform. If an employer is found to have violated any provision of our Terms of Use, Verification Policy, or Posting Guidelines, Happee Antz reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or permanently ban the account without prior notice. This measure is implemented to ensure the safety, authenticity, and integrity of the job marketplace for all users.

Employers who believe their account has been wrongfully suspended or terminated may submit a formal appeal by emailing businessrelations@happeeantz.info with the subject line “Account Appeal.” The appeal will undergo a thorough internal investigation. However, please note that all decisions rendered by Happee Antz regarding account suspensions, verifications, or terminations are final and irrevocable.

Happee Antz upholds a strict employer verification and compliance process to maintain a trusted environment where legitimate businesses can connect with qualified job seekers in a secure and transparent manner.

5.3 Password Security & Responsibility

Happee Antz prioritizes user security and data protection; however, we do not store passwords in our database. As a result, users bear sole responsibility for ensuring the safety and confidentiality of their login credentials.

If you forget your password or email, you may use the self-service password recovery options provided on our platform. Happee Antz does not have access to reset passwords without user authorization and will never request sensitive login credentials.

You are fully responsible for all activities under your account, whether or not they are authorized by you.

If you suspect unauthorized access or misuse of your account, you must notify us immediately to prevent further security risks. Report unauthorized access to: businessrelations@happeeantz.info with the subject "Unauthorized Access".

5.4 Use of Public or Shared Devices

When accessing your Happee Antz account from a public or shared computer, users are required to log out immediately after completing their session to protect their account information and privacy. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that no passwords, login credentials, or auto-fill data are stored or saved on the device used. Happee Antz shall not be held legally liable for any unauthorized access, misuse, or data breach resulting from a user’s failure to log out, use of an unsecured device, or negligence in safeguarding their credentials. Users are strongly advised to exercise caution when accessing their accounts through public networks or shared devices to prevent unauthorized access or potential compromise of personal information.

5.5 Unauthorized Duplicate Accounts

Happee Antz shall not be held legally responsible for any unauthorized or duplicate accounts created without the consent or knowledge of the affected user or company. In the event that you discover an account falsely created under your name, business, or organization, it is your responsibility to immediately notify our support team by sending an email to businessrelations@happeeantz.info with the subject line “Unauthorized Duplicate Account.” Please include sufficient details and supporting documentation to assist our verification process.

Upon receipt of your report, Happee Antz will conduct a thorough investigation to confirm the authenticity of the claim. Once verified, any unauthorized or duplicate accounts will be permanently and irrevocably terminated to preserve the credibility, security, and integrity of the Happee Antz platform. Happee Antz is committed to maintaining a trusted and transparent environment for all users and will take all necessary actions to prevent fraudulent or misleading account activity.

5.6 Restriction on Account Sharing

Access to and use of a Happee Antz service account are strictly limited to the individual or entity originally registered under that account. Job seekers and employers are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and ensuring that no unauthorized party gains access to their accounts. Employers may extend access only to verified and authorized personnel within their organization who are directly involved in recruitment or related administrative functions. Granting access to individuals outside the company, including third-party agencies or persons not officially affiliated with the organization, is strictly prohibited.

Any act of sharing, transferring, leasing, or selling an account, whether for monetary gain or otherwise, constitutes a serious violation of the Happee Antz Terms of Use. Users found engaging in such activities will be subject to immediate account suspension or permanent termination without prior notice.

By permitting unauthorized third parties to use your account, you acknowledge that you are in breach of our platform’s terms and that Happee Antz holds the right to revoke access and take necessary legal or administrative action to protect the integrity and security of the platform. All users are strongly advised to safeguard their account information and use the platform responsibly to ensure compliance with Happee Antz’s policies.

6. Worker Payments & Employment Contracts

6.1 Employment Agreement Between Employers & Job Seekers

Happee Antz serves solely as a job marketplace platform that facilitates connections between employers and job seekers. We are not a party to any employment contract or agreement established between the employer and the job seeker.
  • All contractual terms, including salary, benefits, work conditions, and legal obligations, are negotiated and agreed upon directly between the employer and job seeker.
  • Happee Antz is not legally responsible for any provisions set forth in employment agreements, including but not limited to payment disputes, contract violations, or employment termination.
  • In the event of a breach of contract or dispute between the employer and job seeker, both parties must resolve the issue independently through their agreed-upon contractual terms or applicable labor laws.
