Our Terms of Use are here to ensure that everyone in the Happee Antz community, from job seekers to employers, enjoys a smooth, fair, and hassle-free experience.

Think of this as your guide to making the most out of Happee Antz, how to use the platform, what’s expected, and how we keep things running efficiently and securely.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Happee Antz, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:

  • You confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental or legal guardian consent to use the platform if you are a minor.
  • You agree to comply fully with these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, as well as any applicable laws and regulations governing your use of the platform.
  • You commit to using Happee Antz solely for lawful and legitimate purposes, ensuring that your activities on the platform do not violate any legal, ethical, or professional standards.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in account suspension or termination at our sole discretion.

2. Account Registration & Responsibilities

2.1 Creating an Account

To access certain features of Happee Antz, users are required to create either an Employer or Job Seeker account. When registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Regularly update your account information to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
  • Be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password, and any other security information).
  • Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
  • Failure to provide accurate information or maintain account security may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

2.2 Prohibited Activities

By using Happee Antz, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following activities:

  • Submitting false, inaccurate, or misleading information in your profile, job applications, or job postings. Posting fraudulent, deceptive, or scam job listings.
  • Impersonating any person, company, or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any organization.
  • Using the platform for spam, phishing, unsolicited promotions, or any other unlawful activities.
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the functionality, security, or performance of the platform.
  • Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

Happee Antz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account without prior notice if there is reasonable belief that a user is engaging in any prohibited activities or violating these Terms of Use. If you encounter any suspicious activity or listings, please report them immediately to publicrelations@happeeantz.com.

3. Job Posting & Application Rules

3.1 Guidelines for Employers

Employers utilizing Happee Antz to post job opportunities must adhere to the following standards:

  • Compliance with Laws & Ethical Standards – All job postings must comply with local and international labor laws, be ethical, non-discriminatory, and uphold professional hiring practices. Discriminatory listings based on race, gender, age, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic are strictly prohibited.
  • Clear & Accurate Job Descriptions – Employers must provide precise and detailed job postings, including the job title, responsibilities, qualifications, work location (remote, hybrid, on-site), salary range (if applicable), and employment type (full-time, part-time, freelance, contract, etc.). Misleading or vague job postings will not be allowed.
  • No Recruitment Fees for Job Seekers – Employers are strictly prohibited from charging job seekers any fees related to recruitment, placement, or application processing. Any employer found violating this policy may face immediate suspension from the platform.

Happee Antz reserves the right to review, modify, or remove any job listing that violates these policies, appears deceptive, or is reported by users. Repeated violations may lead to account suspension or termination.

3.2 Guidelines for Job Seekers

Job seekers using Happee Antz to explore career opportunities are expected to:

  • Provide Honest & Accurate Information – Resumes, applications, and profiles must reflect truthful details regarding work experience, education, skills, and certifications. Any form of misrepresentation or falsification may result in account suspension.
  • Maintain Professionalism in Applications – Job seekers should submit applications in a professional and respectful manner. Proper etiquette should be maintained when communicating with employers, attending interviews, and negotiating job offers.
  • Stay Alert & Report Fraudulent Job Offers – While Happee Antz actively monitors job postings, job seekers should exercise caution and report any suspicious job offers, fraudulent recruitment schemes, or unethical employer behavior. If a job post requests payment, personal financial details, or other sensitive information unrelated to the hiring process, it should be reported immediately.

Happee Antz reserves the right to review and investigate reports of fraudulent activities and take necessary action to maintain a safe and reliable job marketplace. For inquiries or to report concerns, please contact us at publicrelations@happeeantz.com.

4. Prices & Payments

4.1 Pricing Structure

  • Employer Pricing (in USD) – Prices for employers are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to the current exchange rate in your country at the time of payment.
  • Job Seeker Pricing (in PHP) – Prices for job seekers are displayed in Philippine Peso (PHP). If accessing the platform from outside the Philippines, prices are subject to the prevailing conversion rate in your respective country.

All pricing is subject to change without prior notice based on market adjustments, promotions, or system updates.

4.2 Salary & Rate Listings

All salary rates, hourly wages, or project fees displayed on the website are set individually by the employer, job seeker, freelancer, or worker based on their desired compensation. Happee Antz does not influence or guarantee the rates posted by job seekers; however, we encourage fair and competitive pricing based on industry standards.

4.3 Subscription Requirements and Payments Policy

To fully access Happee Antz services, users must have an active subscription:

  • For Employers: A Happee Antz subscription is required before you can message, communicate, and hire staff. You may select a subscription plan from the options available on our website.
  • For Job Seekers: A Happee Antz subscription is required before you can apply to multiple job postings. Available subscription plans are listed on the website for your selection.
  • Upon subscribing to your chosen paid plan, the applicable charges will be automatically processed at the time of registration. The subscription fee remains applicable regardless of usage, meaning you will be billed for the plan whether or not you actively use the service during the subscription period.

For details on cancellations and eligibility for refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy. Subscription plans vary in features, validity periods, and pricing. Please review the available plans carefully before purchasing.

4.4 Payment Methods

We currently accept payments through the following methods:

  • Debit & Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Electronic Mobile Wallets: GCash, PayMaya

Note: We do not accept cash, bank deposits, or cryptocurrency at this time.

4.5 Subscription Approval & Violations

Happee Antz reserves the right to refuse or cancel any subscription if we detect violations of our Terms of Use. This includes, but is not limited to, fraudulent activity, false information, and misuse of the platform. If your subscription is canceled due to a violation, you will not be eligible for a refund.

4.6 Payment Accuracy & Validation

You confirm that all payment details provided (e.g., card information, billing address) are accurate and up-to-date. We reserve the right to verify your credit or debit card details before activating your subscription. If payment validation fails, we may suspend or decline your access to our services until the issue is resolved.

4.7 Auto-Renewals & Cancellations

Subscriptions are NOT automatically renewed by default.

  • Users have the option to enable auto-renewal to ensure continuous access to Happee Antz services without interruption.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid unwanted charges.
  • No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a subscription after cancellation.
  • To check or manage your subscription status, visit your account settings on the platform.

4.8 Refund Policy

All subscription purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds for unused or remaining subscription time. In cases of accidental duplicate charges or billing errors, please contact our support team for assistance. For payment-related inquiries, please reach out to publicrelations@happeeantz.com with the subject 'BILLING CONCERN'.

5. Account Creation & Password

5.1 Job Seeker Accounts

  • Job seekers are permitted to create only one (1) service account on Happee Antz.
  • If duplicate accounts are detected, Happee Antz reserves the right to terminate the duplicate accounts without prior notice.
  • Any violation of our Terms of Use may result in permanent account termination and a ban from the platform.

If you believe your account was wrongfully terminated, you may submit an appeal request by emailing publicrelations@happeeantz.com with the subject "Account Appeal." However, Happee Antz reserves the right to make all final and irrevocable decisions regarding account terminations.

5.2 Employer Accounts

  • Employers are allowed to create multiple accounts, provided they submit the necessary primary verification requirements for each account.
  • All additional employer accounts apart from the original service account are subject to approval to prevent fraudulent activities, spam, and misuse of the platform.
  • Happee Antz reserves the right to terminate or permanently ban an employer’s account without prior notice if it is found to be in violation of our Terms of Use.

Employers who wish to appeal an account termination may do so by emailing publicrelations@happeeantz.com with the subject "Account Appeal." All decisions made by Happee Antz regarding account suspensions and terminations are final and irrevocable.

5.3 Password Security & Responsibility

  • Happee Antz prioritizes user security and data protection; however, we do not store passwords in our database. As a result, users bear sole responsibility for ensuring the safety and confidentiality of their login credentials.
  • If you forget your password or email, you may use the self-service password recovery options provided on our platform.
  • Happee Antz does not have access to reset passwords without user authorization and will never request sensitive login credentials.
  • You are fully responsible for all activities under your account, whether or not they are authorized by you.

If you suspect unauthorized access or misuse of your account, you must notify us immediately to prevent further security risks. Report unauthorized access to: publicrelations@happeeantz.com with the subject "Unauthorized Access".

5.4 Use of Public or Shared Devices

  • When accessing Happee Antz from a public or shared computer, you must:
  • Log out of your account once you have finished using the platform.
  • Ensure no saved passwords or auto-fill data are left on the device.
  • Happee Antz is not legally responsible for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from failure to log out or use of an insecure device. Users are advised to exercise caution when accessing their accounts from public networks or shared devices.

5.5 Unauthorized Duplicate Accounts

  • Happee Antz does not take legal responsibility for unauthorized duplicate accounts created without a user's consent.
  • If you discover an unauthorized duplicate account under your name or company, you should report it to publicrelations@happeeantz.com with the subject "Unauthorized Duplicate Account."

Once verified, duplicate accounts will be permanently and irrevocably terminated to maintain the integrity of the platform.

5.6 Restriction on Account Sharing

  • Only the registered job seeker or employer has the right to access and use their service account.
  • Employers may only grant authorized personnel within their company access to their accounts; allowing anyone outside the company or jurisdiction to use the account is strictly prohibited.
  • Sharing, transferring, or selling accounts is a direct violation of these Terms of Use.
  • By allowing unauthorized third parties to access your account, you are in breach of these Terms, and Happee Antz reserves the right to terminate your account immediately without prior notice.

6. Worker Payments & Employment Contracts

6.1 Employment Agreement Between Employers & Job Seekers

Happee Antz serves solely as a job marketplace platform that facilitates connections between employers and job seekers. We are not a party to any employment contract or agreement established between the employer and the job seeker.

  • All contractual terms, including salary, benefits, work conditions, and legal obligations, are negotiated and agreed upon directly between the employer and job seeker.
  • Happee Antz is not legally responsible for any provisions set forth in employment agreements, including but not limited to payment disputes, contract violations, or employment termination.
  • In the event of a breach of contract or dispute between the employer and job seeker, both parties must resolve the issue independently through their agreed-upon contractual terms or applicable labor laws.
  • Happee Antz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently ban any service account that is found to be in violation of the platform’s Terms of Use, depending on the severity of the violation.
  • While we take reports of unethical or fraudulent hiring practices seriously, Happee Antz does not mediate employment disputes between employers and job seekers.

6.2 Platform Fees & Payment Policy

  • Happee Antz operates solely as a job marketplace and does not take commissions or deductions from a job seeker's earnings unless explicitly agreed upon by Happee Antz and the employer under a separate contractual agreement.
  • Happee Antz only collects payments from the subscription plans available on the website. These subscription fees grant users access to the platform's premium features but do not serve as recruitment or employment fees.
  • Employers and job seekers are responsible for handling all financial transactions and payments related to employment, without involvement from Happee Antz.
  • Any additional fees, commissions, or revenue-sharing agreements between Happee Antz and employers will be clearly outlined and agreed upon in a formal, separate agreement outside of the standard job posting and hiring process.

Employers should be transparent about salary offers, while job seekers should verify compensation terms before accepting any job offer. For concerns regarding fraudulent payment practices, users may report violations to publicrelations@happeeantz.com.

6.3 Responsibility for Government-Mandated Benefits

Happee Antz serves purely as a job marketplace platform and is not responsible for the provision, administration, or enforcement of any government-mandated benefits for either job seekers or employers.

  • Employers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws, including but not limited to social security contributions, health insurance, tax deductions, and other statutory benefits required by the governing labor authorities in their respective countries.
  • Job seekers are responsible for verifying and negotiating employment terms with prospective employers, including any government-mandated benefits applicable to their role.
  • Happee Antz does not act as an employer or hiring agency and, therefore, does not provide social security coverage, health benefits, retirement contributions, or any other employment-related entitlements.
  • Job seekers and employers are encouraged to review and comply with relevant labor laws and government regulations in their jurisdiction to ensure full compliance with mandatory benefits and legal requirements.

6.4 Promotions, Payments, and Third-Party Transactions

Happee Antz does not provide holiday bonuses, special discounts, or promotional offers unless such offers are officially displayed on our website and communicated through our formal channels, including:

  • Our official website www.happeeantz.com
  • Official Happee Antz email communications with a domain of happeeantz.com
  • Verified social media accounts

We do not authorize any third-party organization, representative, or agent to act on behalf of Happee Antz regarding payments, discounts, or financial transactions outside our official platform. Any transactions made through unauthorized third parties or misrepresentation of Happee Antz's name are strictly outside our responsibility. Users who engage in unauthorized transactions or fall victim to fraudulent activities outside our platform do so at their own risk. Happee Antz shall not be held legally liable for any financial loss, fraud, or misrepresentation conducted by third parties falsely claiming affiliation with our platform. Always verify promotions and transactions directly on our website or official communication channels before making any payments or commitments. If you suspect fraudulent activities, please report them immediately to publicrelations@happeeantz.com.

6.5 Ensuring Secure Payments for Candidates

At Happee Antz, we strive to provide a safe and trustworthy job marketplace. However, job seekers are encouraged to verify the payment terms and methods agreed upon with an employer before accepting a job offer.

While Happee Antz reviews an employer's past transaction history, we do not have full visibility into or control over an employer’s future payment behavior. Our verification process helps provide insights, but it does not serve as a guarantee of consistent and timely payments from employers.

As Happee Antz is not a direct party in employment agreements, we do not assume legal or financial responsibility for delayed, partial, or non-payment by an employer. In the event of a reported payment issue, our course of action includes:

  • Investigating the employer’s transaction history
  • Taking appropriate measures, including account suspension or permanent banning, to prevent further incidents
  • Encouraging job seekers to report any concerns so we can help maintain a safe job marketplace

Always confirm payment terms in writing before starting work, and report any suspicious employer behavior to publicrelations@happeeantz.com for further review. Happee Antz remains committed to creating a secure and professional hiring environment.

7. Intellectual Property Ownership

Happee Antz (www.happeeantz.com) and all related content, materials, and features available on the platform—including but not limited to logos, trademarks, designs, text, graphics, images, software, databases, job listings, and other proprietary information—are the sole property of Happee Antz or its licensed partners. These materials are protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws in the Republic of the Philippines and international intellectual property regulations.

By using Happee Antz, you acknowledge and agree that all intellectual property rights associated with the platform belong exclusively to Happee Antz, and you may only use the platform’s materials in accordance with these Terms of Use.

7.1 Ownership & Rights

  • Happee Antz retains full ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with its platform, brand, and proprietary technologies.
  • Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the platform strictly for job searching, hiring, and recruitment-related activities.
  • Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, sale, or commercial use of Happee Antz’s intellectual property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7.2 User-Generated Content & Licensing Rights

Happee Antz allows users—both employers and job seekers—to submit content, including job postings, resumes, profiles, company descriptions, and other materials.

  • Retention of Ownership: Users retain ownership of any content they submit; however, by posting content on Happee Antz, users grant Happee Antz a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, store, display, distribute, and promote such content within the platform for operational and promotional purposes.
  • Content Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any content they submit does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. Happee Antz reserves the right to remove any content that violates intellectual property laws or these terms.

7.3 Restrictions on Use

To maintain the integrity of the platform, users must not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content owned by Happee Antz for commercial purposes without written authorization.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Happee Antz’s technology, source code, database, or proprietary software.
  • Use Happee Antz’s name, trademarks, or brand assets in any unauthorized manner, including misleading advertising or fraudulent representations.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or data-mining technologies to extract content or disrupt platform functionality.

Any violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of access, legal action, and/or financial penalties.

Happee Antz respects and upholds intellectual property rights. Your complaint should include:

  • Proof of ownership or legal authorization to act on behalf of the copyright/trademark owner.
  • A direct link or reference to the infringing content on Happee Antz.
  • Your full contact details for follow-up.

8. Third-Party Websites and Content

Happee Antz may provide links to, integrate with, or otherwise make available third-party websites, services, advertisements, or content ("Third-Party Content") for informational purposes, convenience, or additional functionalities. However, Happee Antz does not own, control, or take responsibility for any Third-Party Content accessible through our platform.

8.1 No Endorsement or Responsibility

  • The inclusion of links or references to third-party websites does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with such entities.
  • Happee Antz does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, legality, or security of any Third-Party Content, including but not limited to job postings, employer websites, external application links, or recruitment services.
  • Users interact with third-party websites at their own risk, and Happee Antz shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or legal liabilities arising from such interactions.

8.2 Third-Party Transactions and Communications

  • Any transactions, communications, or agreements made between users and third-party providers (such as recruitment agencies, payment processors, or external job listing services) are solely between the parties involved.
  • Happee Antz does not process, monitor, or intervene in third-party financial transactions or contractual agreements.

8.3 Security and Data Privacy Risks

  • Third-party websites may have separate privacy policies, terms of use, and security measures, which Happee Antz does not regulate or oversee.
  • Users should exercise caution and review third-party privacy policies before submitting any personal, financial, or sensitive information to external sites.

8.4 Reporting Malicious or Misleading Third-Party Content

If a third-party website linked on Happee Antz is found to be fraudulent, misleading, or in violation of ethical standards, users may report it to publicrelations@happeeantz.com for review and judgement. Happee Antz reserves the right to remove or restrict access to third-party links that are deemed harmful to users. By using Happee Antz, you acknowledge and agree that any interactions with third-party websites or content are at your own discretion and risk. Happee Antz is not liable for damages, losses, or disputes resulting from engagement with third-party services.

9. Indemnification

By using Happee Antz, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Happee Antz, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use or misuse of the platform – Including but not limited to job applications, employer interactions, job postings, or communications made through Happee Antz.
  • Your violation of these Terms of Use – Any breach of our policies, guidelines, or agreements.
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights – Including intellectual property rights, privacy laws, employment regulations, or contractual obligations.
  • Fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized activities conducted through your account – Whether performed by you or a third party using your credentials.
  • Disputes between job seekers and employers – Happee Antz is not a party to employment agreements, and any conflicts regarding payments, job expectations, or legal obligations must be resolved directly between the involved parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

Happee Antz operates solely as a job marketplace platform that facilitates connections between job seekers and employers. While we are committed to providing a secure and reliable service, Happee Antz shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our platform. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Loss of income, employment, business opportunities, or reputational harm resulting from job applications, employer relationships, hiring decisions, or unsuccessful job placements. Happee Antz does not guarantee employment, career progression, or business success.
  • Unauthorized access, data breaches, or system disruptions caused by external threats, third parties, hacking attempts, or user negligence. While we implement industry-standard security measures, we cannot guarantee that our platform will remain completely free from cyber threats.
  • Misrepresentation, fraud, or misconduct by other users, including employers or job seekers. Happee Antz does not conduct background checks on users and does not verify the legitimacy of all job listings, employer claims, or applicant credentials. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.

By using Happee Antz, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk, and the platform shall not be liable for any disputes, damages, or losses incurred through interactions with other users.

11. User Responsibility

By accessing and using Happee Antz, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You bear full responsibility for your actions, decisions, and interactions on the platform. This includes applying for jobs, communicating with employers, and entering into any professional agreements.
  • You will not hold Happee Antz liable for any disputes, damages, or losses that arise from third-party interactions, including employer-employee disagreements, payment issues, or hiring conflicts.
  • You will cooperate fully with Happee Antz in any investigations related to fraud, security breaches, or violations of our terms. This may include providing necessary information, documents, or records to support an investigation.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Happee Antz provides its job marketplace platform, services, and content on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without any express or implied warranties of any kind. While we strive to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and security of our platform, Happee Antz makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the following:

A. Accuracy and Reliability of Job Listings and Employer Information

  • Happee Antz does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legitimacy of job postings, employer information, or candidate profiles.
  • Employers and job seekers are responsible for verifying job offers, company details, salary agreements, and any other contractual terms before proceeding with an employment arrangement.
  • Happee Antz is not responsible for fraudulent job postings, misrepresentation, or misleading information provided by users on the platform.

B. Availability and Performance of the Platform

  • While we aim to maintain uninterrupted service, Happee Antz does not warrant that the platform will always be available, error-free, or free from disruptions, technical issues, or downtime.
  • We do not guarantee that our website, servers, or third-party integrations will be free of viruses, malware, or other harmful components. Users are advised to use up-to-date security software when accessing the platform.

C. Employment Outcomes and Hiring Success

  • Happee Antz is not an employer, recruiter, or hiring agency and does not guarantee job placement, employment success, or hiring outcomes.
  • Job seekers are solely responsible for securing employment, negotiating job terms, and ensuring the legitimacy of job offers.
  • Employers are responsible for conducting their own hiring assessments, interviews, and due diligence when selecting candidates.

D. Security and Data Integrity

Happee Antz implements security measures to protect user data, but we do not guarantee absolute security against hacking, cyber threats, or unauthorized access. Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials, passwords, and sensitive information while using the platform.

13. Internet Delays, Website Downtime, and Platform Modifications

At Happee Antz, we strive to provide a seamless, reliable, and efficient job marketplace experience for both employers and job seekers. However, due to the nature of internet-based services, users may experience occasional delays, downtime, or platform modifications. By using Happee Antz, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies:

13.1 Internet Delays & Website Downtime

Happee Antz does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform, as internet delays, server outages, scheduled maintenance, and unforeseen technical issues may occasionally occur.

Users may experience slow loading times, temporary inaccessibility, or disruptions due to:

  • High traffic volumes
  • Network or connectivity issues beyond our control
  • Hosting server maintenance or updates
  • Cybersecurity threats, including hacking attempts or DDoS attacks

While we make every effort to minimize downtime and restore access promptly, Happee Antz shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from website unavailability. Users are encouraged to check their internet connection, device compatibility, and browser settings to ensure an optimal browsing experience.

13.2 Scheduled Maintenance & Service Interruptions

To enhance security, functionality, and performance, Happee Antz periodically performs scheduled maintenance on its systems.
